1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for any Coutts Automate plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
2. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will automatically begin billing unless cancelled before the trial ends.
3. Payments
All plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Coutts Automate to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the 14-day free trial before committing.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing. You will retain full access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued.
6. Annual Plans
Annual plan payments are collected upfront and are non-refundable under any circumstance. Access continues for the full 12-month term upon cancellation.
7. Changes to Pricing
Coutts Automate reserves the right to change plan pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes.
